1. How to place an order with

2. What all details are required to place an order?

You need to share following details:

  • Recipient Name
  • Recipient Phone Number
  • Recipient Full Address (Locality, City, State, Pin Code)
  • Gift Message for Recipient
  • Delivery Date
  • Sender’s Name
  • Sender’s Contact Number
  • Billing details 


3. Can I customize or personalize my order?

Yes, simply call our friendly customer cake and tell us what you need. We will work out everything for you.


4. Product is not the same as I ordered?

All Perishable items images shown on the website are indicative, these products are hand-made hence shape, design may varies location to location. Non perishable items we send via courier. Any issue with products please share the images of the products received at


5. Product is not delivered at the time requested?

We provide same day delivery to Pan India and Fixed Time & Midnight Deliveries to all Metros, Tier 1 & 2 cities. Your order is our most priority hence we always deliver the gifts on time, unforeseen reason which is beyond the control, those cases we keep the customers updated. We do not give any time commitment for special occasions & festivals. We suggest our customers to contact help desk for any assistance required.

7. What are the payment options?

We accept all Credit/Debit Card Indian/International, Net Banking – All Indian Banks, Paytm Wallet. One can also deposit cash direct to our bank account.


8. What are the payment options if I make customized order over the phone?

9. How I will get to know order is confirmed?

Once you place the order at you would get a thank you page immediately where you will get an Order ID, also a confirmation email will be sent to you in few seconds. Cash deposit to our bank account, post payment confirmation our customer support team will provide you the Order Confirmation.


10. I live outside the India, Can I use my International Credit/Debit Card?

We accept all International Credit Cards, You can use PayPal payment gateway option to use International Credit/Debit cards.


Cancellation, Returns & Refund

11. How can I cancel my order?

All cancellation requests can be initiated minimum 48 hours in advance from the delivery date & time. All you need to do simply contact customer support or email at All cancelled orders refunds will be processed in 5-7 business days.


12. What if a damaged/defected product has been delivered?

It will not happen that we can assure but if you experience such scenario kindly contact our customer support asap and share the pictures of the items received. The replacement or refund for the same order would be entirely our decision, we will either replace the item or process the refund.


13. What if recipient is not available or refused to accept the order?

Unavailability of the receiver or refused to accept cases we will not be responsible. If we have attempted the delivery, this will be considered as delivered and no claim/refund will be entertained considering perishable items can be re-consumed. Scenario where receiver will be available after few hours, on request basis we attempt the redelivery only for the areas located within the cities, remote areas we will not do any second attempt.


14. How long does it take for cancellation of an order & what are the modes of refund?

If our customer support accept the cancellation request, will cancel the order immediately and an instant cancellation email will be sent to you. Refunds will be routed to the same channels that you have used to make purchase with us. You can also request for the Credit Note that can be used for future purchase.


15. Can I request for the changes in my order?

You can request for the changes minimum 1 day in advance except the change of delivery address. To change the delivery address you need to contact our customer support team. If there would be possibility for change of delivery address the team will help you instantly.


16. How can I track order status?
